Regulation 2024/230 amending regulation 2021/1342 regarding supervision and reviewing recognition of control authorities and control bodies in third countries applies from 12 january 2024

This Regulation introduces important changes for certification bodies currently certifying organic products for the EU market. The changes concern more strict obligations to share information with the Commission and additional situations where the given recognition may be suspended and withdrawn.
